What is a Veterinary Behaviorist

Could a Veterinary Behaviorist Help Your Dog? Veterinary behaviorists are fully trained veterinarians who complete an additional specialized program in behavioral medicine. They then apply to be board-certified by the American College of Veterinary Behavior (ACVB). There only about 60 such certified veterinary behaviorists in the United States today. Chicagoland Veterinary Behavior Consultants   This it the link to board certified veterinary behaviorist, Dr. John Ciribassi  He is available for referral consults at the Veterinary Specialty Center in Buffalo Grove, IL and also sees behavior patients at several other Chicago area locations.
